The space Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a beautifully renovated space with brand new flooring, fresh paint, and modern appliances. The entire house has been thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and functionality, making your stay the best experience possible. Our living room is the epitome of coziness, featuring a plush couch and a loveseat where you can unwind and relax after a day of exploring the NC east coast's attractions. Entertainment is never in short supply with our 65-inch Roku TV. Whether you're in the mood for a movie night with your loved ones or catching up on your favorite shows, the crystal-clear display and user-friendly Roku interface ensure an enjoyable viewing experience for all. The two main bedrooms are furnished with plush queen beds and spacious dressers, providing ample storage for your belongings. Whether you're here for business, school, or leisure, a restful night's sleep is guaranteed. Need to catch up on work or study during your stay? The third bedroom has been converted into a cozy office space, complete with a desk, chair, and a comfortable futon for relaxation or extra sleeping accommodations. Other things to note ***Important note*** We accommodate shorter stays sporadically throughout the year; however, we specialize in mid-term 28+ night stays. Upon confirming a 90+ day stay with us, we do require a lease outside of Airbnb to be signed. We also require a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for 1 pet or $500 for 2 pets and a refundable $1000 security deposit.
