Looking to unwind & enjoy Lake Life-where weekends begin any day of the week-any season you choose? Here at Buoys UP! you will be able to do just that. Enjoy private access to our newly remodeled 2 bedroom lake house at Lake Koshkonong, WI. Overlook the private road this little gem is located on and enjoy the wonderful lake views and the beautiful sunsets. Stroll down the road for apx. a 2 minute walk to take advantage of your personal lake access Buoys UP! offers just for you. The space This quaint home sleeps 4, with central air and heat to help make a comfortable atmosphere for your getaway! Including fast WiFi throughout the house. There are many different areas to enjoy the lake views and beautiful sunsets inside and out at Buoys UP! Upon entry, you will find a well equipped kitchen with all new appliances and many kitchen supplies to help create any type of meal or beverage you would like. Buoys UP! invites you to enjoy the coffee bar that is provided and take advantage of the Sunrise's reflection on the lake while sitting at the kitchen table or on the front patio. Brew yourself coffee or tea with a Keurig, a basket brewing coffee maker or an electric kettle. Coffee pods, tea bags and some ground coffee and filters will be provided as well as a variety of creams and sweeteners. The refrigerator has an ice machine and water dispenser. There is a gas stove and microwave, but no dishwasher. Salt & Pepper, kitchen towels and dish soap will be supplied. Craving for outdoor cooking? Fire up the gas grill right out the front door. A stacking clothes washer & dryer are available for your use. Small containers of laundry supplies will be supplied as a starter. The living room has a basic couch, 1 pull out couch, and a comfy chair in front of the big picture window where you can enjoy the views of the lake and even some small wildlife activities. Besides all the typical water fowl, you could see the pelicans swim by, Eagles fly overhead and various birds taking advantage of the feeders. Deers have visited as well! There are Samsung Smart TVs that offers Samsung channels, DVD players and DVD's available, as well as reading material. There are plenty of movies for all ages. Bring your passwords for Netflix or Hulu or your favorite streaming station. Coming out of the kitchen there is a slope down into the hallway. Taking a left into the hallway, just past the laundry machines, there is a small step up leading into the bathroom foyer, in here is a double sink vanity and an additional outside door to the side of the house. There is a sliding pocket door to close for privacy for the bathroom with a walk in shower. Shower supplies/toiletries and toilet paper will be provided for your convenience. After enjoying your days adventures, be sure to catch the amazing sunsets and enjoy a bonfire outside on the patio with the fire pit and a starter pack of wood that is provided for you. If the weather does not permit outdoor activities, Buoy's UP! does offer movies, books, puzzles and board games for all ages. At bedtime, tuck yourselves in the cozy beds with soft sheets, blankets and multiple pillows for a good nights sleep. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet, storage bench and a Samsung Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 twin beds, dresser, closet and a Samsung Smart TV and DVD player. Don't forget there is a couch that pulls out to a full size bed. A children's pack & play, infant seat and high chair/booster chair available upon request All supplies provided are to be looked at as a starter kit. There are grocery stores and department stores within 10-20 minutes. Guest access You will be provided with your own code to enter the home for self check in and we will still be available to help you at that time if need be . Apx. 237' - apx. 2 minute walk from the house down this private road, you can enjoy your personal lake access. It may only be 15' of access, but as you wade into the lake you will enjoy the sandy lake bottom, of course you may run into some river rock that traveled in with the waves. At this time we have no pier on our shoreline. Royce Dallman Boat Landing is in the neighborhood so you will have quick access to launch your water "toys" with only about a 2 minute drive. Need to rent a water toy? Floating Toy Pontoon Rental is abut a 7 min drive and offers rental pontoon boats. We do have 2 kayaks to offer, ask us for more detail. If there is an agreement and a liability agreement signed to use Kayaks, you will then have limited access to the shed by the lake. Main closet will have the fire extinguisher, first aid kit, broom/dustpan, vacuum and yard games. Laundry & cleaning supplies will be on the top shelf. There is no access to the utility room in the bathroom foyer, one closet by the living room, and the "butler door" on the kitchen side wall. Other things to note Buoys UP! is within walking distance to one of the top 10 supper clubs in WI, The Buckhorn Supper Club. You have a quick walk to a bar & grill right on the corner, a walk to a family owned hometown bar & grill around the block. There is a neighborhood park just around the corner. You're out on the water and you get hungry, thirsty or just looking for lakeside entertainment? There are 9 bar & grills/food venues you can boat to - including the North Shore Chophouse and Buckhorn Supper Club. Boating day or season over, venture about a 10 minute drive for 6 more bar & grills offering food and entertainment. Yes there is fast food places 5-10 mins down the road, including the world's largest Culver's or hometown ice cream venue, Cone Zone, in Milton (open during summer hours). Don't forget about the small town dining, shopping and antique stores around here, they're about 10-20 min. away and well worth the drive. There is a splash pad located in Milton. Couple wineries and a brewery right in Milton. Other wineries and breweries near by ranging from 10-20 mins. away. Traveling for a wedding? Buoys UP! is between 10-30 minutes from at least 8 different amazing wedding venues. The Fireside Theatre is apx. 16 mins located in Fort Atkinson. There are nice golf courses nearby as well as biking and hiking trails between 10-30 mins away. These fun places are in Milton, Edgerton, Newville and Fort Atkinson. Want a more scenic route? There are several more bar & grills, steak houses, entertainment, antiquing and shopping to add to your bucket lists. Janesville, Madison and Sun Prairie are all within 15-35 minutes. Be it a family adventure, romantic getaway, or even traveling for work, Buoys UP! is here to provide you a comfortable place to stay with a lot of amenities. Any time of the year, there are plenty of activities and food venues to enjoy during your stay. Winter time on the lake offers ice fishing with some competitions held, there has been motorcycle racing and the planes still flying in on the ice. Snowmobiling trails close by. Remember while relaxing at Buoys UP! watch for the Sunrise's reflection on the lake in the morning and to take advantage of the amazing Sunsets. Lake Life-always fresh sometimes frozen.
