Casa Plumeria | Relaxing Mountain Cabin in Tanay

You’ll be booking a private stay in our cabin nestled in a 1500sqm lot in Tanay Rizal, just for you and your family and/or friends. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, cold weather at nighttime, and relaxing amenities. We have a cabin which comfortably sleeps 10pax, an outdoor kitchen with grill, small swimming pool, playground area for your kids, koi fishpond, a bonfire area, Wifi (Starlink) and parking spaces. Guest access Casa Plumeria is booked as an entire property so you will have sole access to the cabin, the outdoor kitchen, the pool and all other amenities. The place will be exclusive to you during your stay. Other things to note - Road is mostly cemented going to our place, but there is just a bit of a rough road around 400meters (around 5mins) near our location. - There aren’t any cellular service starting from Marilaque (after Palo Alto or Masungi), but we have Starlink internet in our place. Once connected to the internet, you may have cellular signal thru Wifi (if your provider and phone has this feature, like Globe). - We have a fully equipped kitchen and grill, with pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils available for your use. Please wash and return them before you leave our place. - We advise bringing lots of drinking water, and prepared food, or food to cook. If you need to buy some food or essentials, there are some sari-sari stores in the nearby houses along the way (around 5-10mins before you arrive at our place). - We have a bonfire so you may bring marshmallows, chocolates and graham crackers to make s’mores - Our place is fully solar-powered. Battery should be sufficient for a whole day-night stay, but we advise to be mindful and turn off any unused lights and electic appliances, especially during nighttime when the battery is no longer being charged by the sun. - There is a shower heater in the indoor restroom, but this automatically shuts off when the battery reaches 35%, to make sure that energy will last until the morning. - There aren't any aircon in the place as this can't be powered by our solar panels+battery, but you’ll have fresh mountain air, and the place is cool enough at nighttime (especially during Dec-Feb, Baguio weather). - We are a mountain resort where you can be one with nature. Although there aren’t plenty of insects, we advise bringing insect-repelants especially for kids. - We've closed off a small section at the back of the cabin, as we are digging to find another water source (deep well). Our foreman and a laborer are usually working here but we asked them to stop their work when there are guests in the place. - There is a small river with mini waterfalls a few minutes walk from our place. You may ask the caretaker to guide and assist you to go here. - We also have a partner ATV rental supplier, let us know if you are interested. They also offer assistance in hiking to 8 Waterfalls and/or Twin Peaks.
