Farm stay in Dixon Springs

The BirdDog Farm is tranquility and peace. We have no light pollution so the night sky is abound with stars. Come to the quiet Hollow in Dixon Springs TN and you will hear absolutely no traffic. We have a full stocked pond for fishing and are 15 minutes from Defeated Creek and the Caney Fork. Great hiking, wildlife and bird watching. This is a (2) DOG friendly property. ADDTL DETAILS APPLY. Enjoy this lovely setting, quite the romantic spot amoungst nature. The space The BirdDog Farm is 5 cabins on 60 acres with a full stocked 1 acre pond and an abundance of wildlife. Rent 1 or all 5 cabins. All 5 cabins are listed for view on VRBO.com Cabins have a queen memory soft mattress bed with upscale linens, with the option to add a folding twin for extra adult or children. Guest access Our cabins are located on 60 acres in the farm community of Dixon springs, TN. We have ample parking at our barn for guest to park, with access to the cabins over our babbling brook bridge. Other things to note This cabin is a dog friendly cabin for a 50.00 additional charge per pet, per stay. Max 2 pets per cabin.. Service animals are always allowed with proper documentation required. No pet will be permitted on property without prior notification by guest.Dogs must be non-aggressive only. Dogs must be under the control of their owner(s) at all times. Dogs, if left unattended in the cabins must be crated. In booking a stay, you agree to the Agri-tourism Laws for the state of TN and accept the inherent risks for yourself and all your guests in coming to a farm and agree to hold harmless the Landholder, BirdDog Farm LLC, and their representatives in the event of an injury, accident, or death as a result of your stay on the property. All children must be supervised at all times by an adult 21 years or older and cannot be left unattended in cabins or on the property. In booking your stay, be sure to clearly indicate guests and dogs that will be arriving as that must match the booking. If this does not match at check-in guests can be denied access without refund or additional charges could apply. As we are a property in the country, GPS can be unreliable so we personally meet each guest and guide them back to the property. If you arrive after 11 PM on check-in an additional charge will apply in order to meet you. There is a 200.00 security deposit to cover any incidental damage and unpaid fees.
