The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This spacious apartment is located in Ditmas Park/ Flatbush, one of NYC's most diverse neighborhoods. There are many amenities and activities within walking distance, and just a short 30 minute trian ride from the heart of NYC, Times Square. We offer everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. With your own private entrance and remote check in you can come and go as you please! The space This is a two bedroom apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, two half bathrooms and a shower room. The shower room also has a washer/dryer in the apartment. There is a front seating area overlooking our garden that guest may use for coffee. Guest access There is a front seating area overlooking our garden that guest may use for coffee. Other things to note There is a dog on the premise. He is often in our backyard with us, but is never let loose unattended. He is very friendly, but we understand that not all guests like dogs. He is not given access to any of the patio areas or private areas.
