Room in brand new house

Private room in a nice and peaceful part of Kingswood in Sydney. 15 minute walk from a main train station (Kingswood train station), bus stops around, 700 meters from Western Sydney University Penrith campus and TAFE Nepean, 3 streets away from Nepean hospital, there is only street parking, however, you will find plenty of parking spots on the street by the house (Jones street). Guest access Guests are welcome to access all the common areas of the house, we have a nice patio with outdoor chairs, charcoal BBQ oven and a gas heater that we can all use. During your stay I work full time but if I am not home I can be contacted via mobile phone. Other things to note This place offers the perfect base to explore all the gorgeous towns, national parks and tourist attractions the Blue Mountains have to offer.
