Relax at a tranquil, cozy, welcoming space away from big city life. It is a small, humble, strictly utalitarian home, kids friendly. This is not a hotel. Home is shared with my family when you are not here. Two bedrooms, one king-size bed and queen-size, plus toddler bed. Entire kitchen for your use. Includes full-size fridge, oven, and kitchenware. Large TV with Roku. Private bathroom with bath and shower. Private parking and entire backyard. Best for 2 people, but accommodates 4. The space The house is located on a hill at a cul-de-sac. Adjacent is an athletic center with a small parking lot next to my property. It is minutes from walking to Main Street. 20-minute drive to New Haven and Bridgeport. House was built in 1900, with some ORIGINAL pieces still in place. Floor board creak upstairs. Extra chairs in attic bedroom. Attic is mostly painted, still some aesthetic pieces to be done. None that interfere with your stay. Guest access You have access to entire house except basement, my sons' bedroom, pantry in kitchen and linen closet. Backyard, kitchen, living room, king size bedroom and attic bedroom are for your use. Other things to note There is NO washer/dryer on premises available for your use. Floor boards upstairs creak due to the age of the house. 123 years, to be exact. We are right next to a small athletic building with a parking lot. During the day, cars come and go. I share this house to visit my son for custody agreement. You will find personal articles in this home because I live here part time when you are not visiting. Stray cats on property! They come and go, fed and neutered by local community! Some doors locked to protect MY privacy.
