Boreal Cottage: Comfy seaside home steps to Acadia

Boreal Cottage is nestled in charming Seal Harbor. We’re happy to share our cottage again after completing exciting renovations in 2025. We've created many memories with family and hope our guests will do the same! The cottage features natural blends of wood throughout to offer guests an inviting place to relax after a day of hiking, kayaking, whale watching, or lobster feasting. We provide high-speed WIFI for working from home, Smart TV, and plenty of books/ games to wind down with family The space Newly renovated and back on the market for 2026! First floor: The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has plentiful counterspace and storage with a pass-through pantry to the formal dining room. The ensuite master bedroom and bathroom are designed for a convenient first floor location with easy access to washer/dryer. Second floor: There are two spacious bedrooms with a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a set of twin beds. A pack n play crib is available for little ones. Outdoor: There is an outdoor picnic table and grill to enjoy the fenced-in, tree-canopied yard. A safe, public playground is also a 2-minute walk down our low traffic road at the Acadia Oceanography Institute schoolyard. Guest access Driveway parking can accommodate up to 3 cars (width wise). Other things to note Due to enhanced procedures we have in place to ensure a clean home between guest stays, please note our check-in time is 5pm ET unless discussed with hosts in advance.
