Two bedrooms+ loft with 4 bunk beds. 2 + bath.Sleeps 8 . Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 heated pools, 6 Jacuzzis, 4 saunas, 3 tennis courts, gym, 4 gas BBQ, horseshoe pit. Underground parking, plus one other parking. Wifi, cable, even old fashioned games! Cozy, comfy, ambient. Like staying at a friend's. The space We purchased the condo in 2003. We have enjoyed spending time as a family skiing, snowmobiling, hiking and fishing through the years as our children grew up, now we enjoy sharing those experiences with our grandchildren and friends. Guest access Bus lines are available to take you downtown or to the Mountain. There are two underground parking spaces allowed. Parking passes are inside the condo. Please be sure to leave them when you check out. Thank you. Other things to note WE DO NOT INCLUDE TAX IN THE NIGHTLY FEE. We offer a lower rate because we do not include tax in the nightly fee. Including tax would increase the Air B fees since Air B charges fees on the nightly total, but not on tax. For this reason, we collect the tax through the Resolution Center after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a money request from us for the tax. Resort tax in our area is 14% of the nightly fee total and cleaning fee. A NOTE ABOUT WIFI: Mammoth is a mountain town surrounded by National Forest Land. Our internet is not as fast as it is in the city. We have two internet providers inside the condo, but due to circumstances beyond our control, it may not be as fast as you need. Be advised of this in regards to needing internet for school or work while you are visiting.
