The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located penthouse with rooftop terrace. This 2BR, 2BA condo has a fully equipped kitchen , screen on front door, fully screened balcony, dining for 6, L-shaped sofa seating for 5, TV, Cable, wifi, king bed in master, two twin beds in second bedroom, 1 en suite bathroom and a 2nd full bathroom with bathtub, rooftop terrace with 2 lounge chairs, BBQ, etc. It has all you need to enjoy the Caribbean vacation lifestyle. The space This 3rd floor penthouse is spacious, has a screened in balcony to offer more living space with a dining table with 2 chairs plus 2 rocking chairs so you can enjoy the lovely view of the community and pool. There is a spiral stair case in the hallway where you can access the rooftop terrace. There is also access to the rooftop terrace from the main building stairwell. The rooftop terrace has a woven pergola cover to offer shade if needed, a 2 seater sofa, coffee table plus 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the sun as desired. There is also a gas BBQ hooked up to community gas, so no worries about running out of gas. There is a stacking washer/dryer in the laundry room plus a water cooler for drinking water. The kitchen has a fridge, gas stove/oven, blender, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The common area has a picnic table, gas BBQ and gym on second floor of the common area building which guests can access. PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA (a meter reading is taken upon arrival and again upon departure so that clients only pay for their own usage at the current rate/kW). This will be collected via Airbnb at the end of your stay via the Resolution Center. The cost of electricity pretty much depends on how much you use the A/C. It can be anywhere from $1-$2 US per day to over $10 US per day if you were to leave the A/C’s on 24/7. Other things to note You CANNOT drink the water from the faucets here. We will supply you with your first 5 gallon bottle of drinking water, a basic supply of toilet paper (a roll in each bathroom), a bar of soap, two Tide pods, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish cloth and a couple of garbage bags. You will be responsible for any subsequent refills. The local mini markets will deliver replacement 5 gallon bottles to the condo for about RD $100 (NOTE: they will expect to pick up the corresponding number of empty bottles for that price, otherwise, you would need to pay the deposit on any new bottles).
