Lucy and Lee run Llew Lettings as a family-run company. We aim to introduce a new style of Holiday let accommodation, combining new contemporary furniture, fixtures and fittings with old Welsh buildings to enhance and preserve their character. Our objective is to produce the finest quality accommodation that represents what we love as a family; durable, strong and full of attention to detail. The space A uniquely outstanding, modern, 3-bedroom chapel with incredible feature chapel windows overlooking the Cambrian coast railway bridge of the Dwyryd Estuary. Boasting a large living/dining area with luxury oak furniture, 70" smart TV and high quality fixtures and fittings. An electric reclining corner sofa with USB points. An exquisite dining area, seating up to 10 guests at any one time, using the very best quality real oak table and chairs, a real feature piece to the room! Large kitchen featuring an American style fridge-freezer fully equipped with ice and water dispenser for those celebratory refreshments! The morning is not complete without a cup of freshly ground coffee using our magnificent bean to cup coffee machine, using only the very best coffee beans, roasted just 12 miles away. Fully equipped utility room comprising of an undercounter 10kg load washer and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Take advantage of our 3 bathrooms - one located downstairs, one in the en-suite of the master bedroom (including a shower) and our main bathroom with a bath & shower, no waiting in line for the bathroom! The master bedroom features lavish oak furniture throughout, a king size bed with only the very best Egyptian cotton bedding. Relax and get comfy whilst watching your favourite series on the 50" smart TV. The only bedroom featuring an en-suite (we will let you fight over who gets this gorgeous room!) The family room exhibits exceptional quality with large sash windows, black out curtains and a 43" smart TV. Just like the master bedroom, quality oak furniture throughout including a double bed and 2 singles, all boasting Egyptian cotton linen, for the perfect nights sleep. The bunk room is ideal for children, teenagers and young adults, incorporating a more relaxed atmosphere where the kids can unwind, have their own space and watch the 43" TV in bed. Built in wardrobe with plenty of storage and black out curtains. (Please don't jump between the bunks!)
