Two beautiful decks with lots of privacy. Newly renovated, very clean house with a large yard! With all the necessities of home, enjoy the galley eat-in kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove with stove top fan. Living room, dining room, two bedrooms, and full bath. We have the box on the thermostat due to difficulties in the past. The box helps protect our pipes from freezing. We have to house set at 70 degrees, please let us know if you have a temperature request. Nice neighborhood, neighbors consist of families. Three blocks away from local taverns and restaurants. New metal roof and three skylights. The only areas for “hostionly” are 2 closets. The entire house and yard are for your use. Lots of off-street parking and a nice level yard. On-street parking - weekly alternating sides of the street. Changes on Sunday at 3:00 P.M. The access to the WiFi is listed in the house manual. Please enjoy the Roku, provided HDMI cord.
