Enjoy an expansive 847 sq ft covered deck with outdoor dining for 12 and breathtaking lake views—perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners. Inside, gather around the gas fireplaces or cook together in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen with gas stove, island seating for 3, dining table for 8, and a wet bar with 2 stools. After a day exploring Yosemite, unwind in the game room featuring an 8-ft pool table, dartboard, and 75" smart TV. Gate Access: Pine Mountain Lake is a private, gated community. Each vehicle must be registered in advance. A $50 per vehicle access fee (valid 7 days) is required for entry and use of community amenities. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strictly enforced). Lake Use: Guests are welcome to enjoy the provided kayaks, paddle boards, and floaties provided—please use life jackets (all sizes available). Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4-5 vehicles. No street parking permitted. Child-Friendly: Highchair, playpen, and child-size life jackets available. Safety: Exterior cameras monitor only the main entry points, driveway, and garage solely for security when the property is unoccupied. There are no cameras inside the home or in any guest-accessible areas.
