Luxury lodge - Hot tub - Horse sanctuary - Golf

*For guests wishing to enjoy the hot tub during their stay, this can be added for a small additional fee; full details can be found further down in the listing.* Harmony House is a luxury Scandinavian style eco lodge situated in the tranquil and secluded setting of Fairway Lakes Village, within the grounds of Caldecott Hall. The lodge is fully detached and all lodges are well spaced out. The space The secluded gated community holds only 45 lodges in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. Together with the family friendly set up, luxury comfort and the full fibre 300 WifI facilities (including netflix, prime and Alexa) it's the perfect space for a holiday with friends or family or work from home alternative. There are many on site facilities such as catch and release fishing (free), indoor swimming pool, clubhouse for drinks and meals and 18 hole golf course and driving range. Here are restricted openings to facilities more information available on request. The world famous Redwings Horse Sanctuary (free entry) is also situated within the grounds. There is a cafe serving delicious cakes, speciality coffee and lunches a stone's throw from the lodge via a wooded pathway and secret gate. Both the horse sanctuary and the cafe are open reduced hours in the winter Friday-Monday inclusive 10am-4pm (subject to change please check on redwings website). Alternatively, enjoy the views and serenity of the lodge from your own private hot tub (6 person) on the covered veranda. There is an additional one off charge for the hot tub to cover water change over and monitoring in line with Health and Safety guidelines: 2/3 night booking £80, 4 night £90, 7 night £120. You can choose to rent the lodge without the hot tub (no charge!) or for just part of your stay (3 night min charge). The local area is packed with things to see and do, from hiring boats to cruise the Norfolk broads, taking a seal trip from Blakeney, visiting one of the many stately homes (including the famous Somerleyton Hall), to visiting the medieval city of Norwich famous for its Cathedrals, castle, museums and excellent shops. Or why not take a trip to one of the many seaside towns; enjoy the golden sands of Gorleston just 4 miles away, the excitement and family fun in Great Yarmouth, the beauty of Cromer known as the gem of the Norfolk coast or the sophistication of Southwold’s shopping affectionately known as London by the sea. The lodge itself has underfloor heating throughout and has been modelled on luxury hotels. It includes a pixie nespresso machine (4 complimentary pods are included), the highest hotel standard bedding (800+ thread) and towels as well as complimentary Scottish Fine Soaps Sea Kelp hair and body shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and moisturiser in both bathrooms. Wi Fi is also provided (full fibre 300). There is a BBQ stand on which to put disposable BBQ's (small or party size). A welcome pack wine and biscuits comes as standard with every booking. There is a free upgrade from wine to fizz (cremant or similar) during school holidays, stays over 6 nights and for return guests. If you would like to upgrade outside these times please just ask and we will be happy to oblige for a small at cost fee. We also provide stair gates, high chair and cot to keep the little ones safe. There is also a toy corner to keep them entertained in addition to Netflix and many dvds and books for both adults and children. Ground floor: * Twin bedroom * Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. * Kitchen/dining room with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, 2 x fridge (one with freezer box), dishwasher, Alexa and pixie nespresso machine with 4 pods and reusable pod to fill with your own filter coffee (all supermarkets sell nespresso compatible pods should you wish to purchase more), cafetière and complimentary tea, instant coffee and sugar. High chair available on request. * Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. * Veranda with dining table and chairs, 6 person hot tub. First Floor: * Large living room with Freeview Smart TV (access to netflix and more), double sofa bed (suitable for children), dvd player, a selection of dvds, chess board and various board games and books. * Bedroom with king size bed and ensuite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. *Cot available on request - please bring own bedding. * Balcony with bistro table and chairs. * Stair gates available on request. NB. there is an open stairwell - please see pictures so this property may not be suitable for children of a certain age. * Bedding will be left for the sofa bed if the booking is for 5 people. We would only recommend the sofa bed for children and not adults. Non-smoking guests only please. Sorry pets are not allowed.
