The space This condo is located in Girdwood little cozy town center next to a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants and a brewery. It is one of the condos in a secured building. There are stairs but also an elevator with easy access. Two cozy bedrooms and two baths; also, a spacious fully equipped kitchen. Guest access Left side of building has row of lockboxes. Use lockbox code provided for key access to building and unit. Door code provided in check in instructions. Other things to note Quiet Hours are 9pm-8am on weekdays and 10pm-8am on Weekends. Please abide by quiet hours set by the condo association. Hot tub availability subject to maintenance; occasional closures possible. No compensation for closures. We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us.
