Lovely Place with Sauna + Beach Nearby

Welcome to a 110 m2 modern sunny Holiday house at Grönemad with 60 m2 spacious patios where Sunsets can be enjoyed. Additionally, this beautiful coastel place has many idyllic paths to beaches, picturesque sea stalls, restaurants and shops. Furthermore, all the furnitures, lights, and beds are new and of good quality. Moreover, there is a barbecue and two bicycles for you on the terrasse during summertime. The space Newly built with 60 square meter terrace downstairs and 15 square meters upstairs. The total area inside is about 110m2. Moreover, downstairs there is a hall, one sleeping room, bathroom with a Sauna, a living room and a kitchen. Upstairs to the left there is a large sleeping room. Moreover, upstairs there is a newly built living room and bathroom, however, notice, bathroom upstairs and/or kitchen upstairs cost extra to use. Regarding the oven In the Sauna, the right wheel regulates the temperature while the left is the timer. The TV is a regular Chromecast TV which operates more or less like today's phones. For heating there is a Nibe F750 which is some of the best heating systems available today. Upstairs there are electrical heaters. However, there is no Aircondition available only pleated curtains to not let the sun heat up the house. Guest access The whole Ground floor, patio with furnitures, barbecue and outdoor garden are accessible. Upstairs there is a large sleeping room to the left and a furnitured terrace to the right. Additionally, upstairs there is a kitchen, living room and bathroom. Additonal costs if you wish to use the kitchen and/or bathroom upstairs. Other things to note There is a very picturesque path to walk or cycle to the beach and here you will find the newly built 'Kullgränsbryggan' at Grönemad. Additionally, there is a public lavatory at the beach. At Kullgränsbryggan it is easy to enter the water or to make a dive into the sea. Nearby the beach there are beachroses and a variety of colourful flowers. Moreover, sheep are grazing on a beautiful meadow nearby the beach. Additionally, there are many sea stalls with piers, small islands and idyllic paths. Moreover, there is a picturesque path, to walk or cycle, and I have two bicycles for you on the terrasse which makes it easy for you to go to the centre of the village 'Grebbestad' or to the beach. In Grebbestad you will find fishing boats, grocery stores, clothes, restaurants, cafes, music events etc.
