Centrally located, 25 minutes walk to the city-centre. The gorgeous River Cam is 400m away, with easy access to Midsummer Common and Jesus Green. Great for nature/river walks. Good access to amenities by foot (Tesco, Cafe/Bakery, pubs, yoga, tennis). Great for short stays and business trips. Female-only guests - See house rules section. The space We have a 3 storey townhouse giving plenty of space and privacy for guests. The guest bed is made up as king bed (default). The bed can be made up as two singles, if requested at the time of booking. There is a desk and chair, suitable for remote working. Guest access Full access to ground floor with large kitchen, bedroom, hallway and bathroom. There is access to private shower room on first floor. No access to first floor living space or second floor (host bedroom). During your stay We can offer tips and travel advice for Cambridge. Other things to note There are no children living in the property, just 2 adults. Hosts sleep on top floor, giving good privacy to guests. Parking availability must be confirmed prior to booking. Parking is available 24/7 (subject to check in/out times and reserving in advance) and costs £5 each booking night.
