Quiet apartment near Neustadt train station

I'm renting out my beautiful apartment while I'm traveling. It is located on the ground floor near the Neustadt train station. The bedroom is located in the quiet courtyard, which also invites you to linger. The garden is wild, the apartment is partially renovated and everyone is relaxed and really nice. There are shops in the immediate vicinity (including late-night shops) and a playground opposite. The Elbwiesen are a 10-minute walk away, as well as tram lines 3, 7, 8, 6, 11, 13.
