This unit is perfect for a family of up to 4 guests. Passes to amenities cannot be purchased on days and times that admin is closed such as a Sunday or a holiday. 🌊 Swimming Pool • ₽150/person/day • Only 6th floor pool located at tower 4 & 5 is accessible for guests. • To be paid to condo admin. • Tuesday to Sunday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM • Pool is CLOSED on Mondays (cleaning day) IMPORTANT: If you plan to swim on holidays, please inform us in advance so we can register you with the admin. Motorcycles • Flat rate per entry - ₱45.00 (First come, first served) Other things to note ‼️IMPORTANT: The condo admin requires an ID from each guest to make a guest pass. Thank you for understanding. - Strictly up to 4 guests only (including small children). Government Valid ID for authorization - Acceptable IDs: Passport, Driver’s License, UMID, Senior Citizen, National ID & PRC ID 🏠 House Rules • Extra guests exceeding two (2) will incur charges. Make sure to use the exact booking number of guests when making the reservation. • Clean linens/towels are provided once per stay; replacements or additional requests are ₽300/person/set (towel, linen) • Any damages or stains in fabric or missing items will be charge to the guest • No smoking/vaping. • For on-the-day Saturday & Sunday bookings, there might be delays due to admin office closure, but we’ll assist you with check-in. NOTE: In this case, please inform us of your check-in time so we could assist you at your preferred time.
