Private Guesthouse. Near UM Hospitals & downtown.

We are located 1/4 mile from UM Hospital complex. 1 mile from downtown and main University of Michigan campus.. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), & bigger groups. 65" HD (smart) Samsung TV & Xfinity high speed Wifi. Mitsubishi Mini-Split heater/AC units, upstairs & down. We have added a laundry center to our bathroom: LG washer & sanitizing dryer (See added picture) (See more info below) The space Beds and couches: We have room for 12 guests (in the following manner): Downstairs there is a large Heavenly (brand) queen bed and a sofa bed...(4 people). (There is also a large couch downstairs). Upstairs there are 2 queen size beds and 2 large couches and a smaller chaiz lounge (7 people). New for 2023: Hardwood floors upstairs and down, new reading/lounge area. Also, all new bed linens, window coverings and blinds. 65" HD (smart) Samsung TV and Xfinity super high speed Wifi. Mitsubishi Mini-Split heater/AC units, upstairs and down. Very comfortable!! We have added a new laundry center to our bathroom for your convenience. A spacious LG washing machine and sanitizing dryer are now available for those who may be staying longer or if you just want to clean your weekend clothes for the trip home. Guest access The entire guesthouse and the front patio area are totally available. The patio has a propane gas grill for outdoor cooking (instructions available upon request). There is no access to our main house or it's separate back yard. Parking is available in our driveway or street parking on our quiet neighborhood street. Other things to note The main door has a Schlage keypad entry lock that will provide you with your own personal entry code.
