It is not advisable to book this unit if you have a car. PARKING We do not have a parking. As parking is a hassle in this area, we advice you to not book this unit if you have a car during your stay. KITCHEN → Fully equipped kitchen → Nespresso coffee machine → Washer machine → Microwave and oven. LIVING AREA → Settle down on our comfortable couch and watch a Netflix movie on our Ultra HD Flat Screen Smart TV → The internet is fast enough to stream a movie or sports. **Great for a business traveller** → Aircon BED + BATH → Queen size bed with hotel quality linen. → Ceiling fan → Walkin shower → Ample cupboard space BUILDING → Large rooftop with pool and lounge area. You will be sharing the rooftop with other guests and tenants of the building. → 5 min to CTICC → 24/7 security We have a small team that will look after you during your stay. Any issues will be attended during the hours 8am-6pm. For any urgent matters in the evenings and nights, we are available through the phone. - Please note we DO NOT have a parking and advice you to not book this unit if you are coming with a car. Parking is a hassle in our area. - Breaking one of our house rules will result in an immediate end of the reservation with no refund → Please note this place is offered as a self catering unit. We do not change linen & towels with stays shorter than 8 days. We supply some basic essentials to get you started, and guests can purchase additional items as needed during their stay. The cleaning fees paid at the time of booking cover the final clean after your stay. For stays of 8 nights and longer, we offer a complimentary weekly clean. - Please note we charge an extra cleaning fee for stays longer than 14 days. - Please note our building does not have any luggage storage. We will try to store your luggage in our apartment as long as we can but this is only possible after 11am on your checkin day, and till 1pm on your checkout date. We recommend "Bagdrop" for storing your luggage before and after these hours. CONSTRUCTION Construction work is currently underway near the building during your stay. While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and peaceful experience, there may be some noise during working hours. Please be aware that this is beyond our control, and we are unable to offer refunds for any inconvenience caused by the construction noise.
