Caliu apartments are perfectly located for your stay in Barcelona. Our newly renovated 3 bedroom apartments are just steps from the metro which puts you in the city center in just 10 minutes. We have all conveniences nearby including restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Camp Nou is within walking distance. The apartments have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and are suitable for up to 6 persons. Benvinguts a Caliu Apartments Barcelona. The space We have a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and a double sized bed. The 2nd bedroom comes with a double bed and the 3rd bedroom comes with a single bed for 1 person. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for the 6th person. There is a 2nd bathroom in the hallway. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker (nespresso capsules), washing machine (for clothes) and central heating and AC. All the bathroom necessities are included (soap, shampoo, hairdryer). Sheets and towels are included. Other things to note The tourist tax is 1,10€ per person and night - must be paid prior to arrival. This tax is not included in the final price on Airbnb. Also, by Spanish law, all guests must register prior to check in. We will send you a secure link where you can pay for the tourist tax and also register. Check-in details will not be provided until this is complete. The cleaning fee is included in the final price. If you are staying more than 7 nights, you have an additional cleaning included which also includes change of sheets and towels. If you are staying less than 7 nights and want an extra cleaning, or change of sheets and/or towels, please contact us and we will provide you with the price. We do not have parking. Paid parking is close, but it is not part of our accommodation. For more information on parking, you can ask your host. We have a total of 7 apartments in the entire building and we have a sample of the photos of each type of apartment. The design and colors of the various apartments may vary in each apartment.
