Wooden Landes-style house (PRM standards), with a large and beautiful terrace, located in a small village of the Landes Girondines. Ideally located for forest walks, canoeing down the Leyre, or for other activities on the shores of Lake Sanguinet or on the ocean beaches located ~30 minutes away. Close to Bassin d'Arcachon and Dune du Pyla (~30 minutes). Easy access to the city of Bordeaux and its vineyards (~45 minutes). Our animal friends can be accepted upon request. The space Accommodation officially classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, guaranteeing a high level of comfort, amenities and services according to Atout France criteria. It consists of a living room with a 6-seater lounge area, around a coffee table and a nice TV, and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, etc.) From the kitchen side you can access a large cellar with shelves, an electrostatic water heater and a washing machine. Access to the garage is via this cellar. The first bedroom, with French windows overlooking the terrace, is close to the living room. It includes 1 140 cm bed, a small desk and a beautiful bathroom with shelves, sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The hallway serves 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be brought together for a large bed), and a bedroom with 1 queen-size bed. These rooms have a closet for storing your clothes. In this part there is also a separate toilet (with sink) and a bathroom with a bathtub, a double-sink cabinet and a storage shelf. Internet access is possible via Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet sockets connected to the Fiber via our Orange Box. A beautiful exotic wooden terrace (mostly covered) is accessible from bedroom 1 and from the living room. You can enjoy a nice garden table with these chairs and armchairs allowing you to enjoy the garden. On the side of the terrace you can (from June to September) enjoy a SPA that can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults + 2 children). Guest access You will be the only occupants of the house. As the house is PRM compliant, you can easily access the main entrance via the terrace. You can park either in the garage or on the inner driveway (2 cars can easily fit). Parking is also available in the cul-de-sac (parking is free). Other things to note A ping-pong table (with some rackets and balls) is available in the garage. Please put it away in rainy weather. An electric barbecue is also available for your use. Please leave it under the terrace if it rains. Charcoal or gas barbecues are strictly prohibited in order to prevent any risk of fire in the region. Also beware of cigarette butts. Ashtrays are available outside. Possibility, upon request, to lend baby equipment (bed, high chair, etc.).
