Located only 15 minutes east of Pensacola Beach and 10 minutes west of Navarre Beach, this waterfront condo sits on the Santa Rosa Sound, perfect for families and couples looking for a seaside getaway. Condo includes canoe and fishing gear to use off the condominium dock. Free cable and parking available. There are restaurants and shopping nearby as it is situated between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach. The Space Condo sits in a private, tranquil area on the water. Entire condominium is 14 units. Upon arrival, condo unit is unit J on the first level. There is one bedroom with a Queen size bed and one bathroom with washer and dryer inside as well as towels and toiletries. Kitchen area is stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. Living room area includes a pull out couch and flat screen TV with free cable and movies. Outside balcony overlooks the water and views from the beach. The storage unit downstairs includes beach supplies, bikes, canoes, and fishing gear to use at any time during your stay. Guest Access Guests will have access to entire condo and storage unit. Interaction with Guests I am available… You are always welcome to feel free to communicate with me as needed. The day of arrival and day of departure I will be in contact with you to provide instructions on accessing the unit. Other things to Note Access to Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach can be via Highway 98 or Scenic Highway along the beaches of the Gulf of New Mexico. The Gulf Breeze zoo and flea market are 5 minutes away. Downtown Pensacola is approximately 20 minutes west of Navarre with resturaunts and night life, as well as the Navy Muesuem and Base are other attractions in Pensacola. Fort Walton Beach is approximately 20 minutes east of Navarre with restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater, as well as Okaloosa Island and Destin make for perfect day trips.
