La Milana country house with a spectacular pool

Enjoy a unique experience in a paradise environment surrounded by nature and 15 minutes from the beach by car. The space It is a closed property, with access via a small ramp to the parking area of the house, gate with remote control access. Inside the enclosure there is an orchard area, with fruit trees. The house is high up so it has breathtaking views of the ocean and faces south. At the level of the house there is a nice swimming pool that is accessed through a gate designed for the safety of the children. This pool has water jets. It is exclusively for guests. Maintenance is carried out by our maintenance staff, as long as the guest authorizes it during their stay. If the guest agrees, maintenance will be done every 3/4 days of the week and first thing in the morning. The home has underfloor heating for cold days. It also has solar panels that supply hot water. In the living room there is a large fireplace. The house has two double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom and a capacity for 6 people, since in the living room we have a double sofa bed. Guest access Access to the private pool, access to the entire enclosure, with fruit trees, such as banana trees, medlars, and papaya tree. Other things to note Keep in mind that tap water is not advisable for consumption, so I will always leave bottled water for consumption. It is suitable for showering and cleaning. The pool is completely private and overlooks the mountain and ocean.
