Located on the Pacific Coast Highway, relax in the rural countryside of Opoho Station. This four bedroom, spacious Farmhouse is centrally located for a relaxing family holiday or action packed adventure. Fifteen minutes to Mahia Beach, and Morere Hot Springs. One hour to Lake Waikaremoana. Five minute walk to Opoho Beach, renowned for long-lining and surf casting. Vehicle access to beach front key provided upon request. Farm walks by arrangement. The space Large lounge/dining area with fireplace and TV, frenchdoors opening onto patio BBQ area with outdoor dining area. Dining room walk through to well-equipped kitchen. Second fridge, small chest freezer and clothes dryer in room off back porch, along with a washouse including washing machine and second shower (no toilet). Master bedroom - large north-facing bedroom with Queen bed and large wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with double wardrobes. Bedroom 3 - Two single beds, with two wardrobes. Bedroom 4 - Sofabed - fold out to Double bed, single wardrobe. Room can also be used as a childrens rumpus room. Large family bathroom, shower over bath, toilet and handbasin. Lawn surrounding the house with well established trees and a small sandpit. The section is fenced with conventional post and wire fencing, note this is not childproof and is designed to keep stock out of the section. Gate able to be closed between Pacific Coast Highway (SH2) and the section. Guest access Private driveway off Pacific Coast Highway (SH2). Farm and Opoho Beach access by arrangement only. Please note Opoho Station is a working farm. The Health and Saftey of staff and guests is of high priority. Other things to note Opoho Beach a five-minute walk. Access is locked to the public, key provided to guests. Farm track to edge of beach to suit all vehicles. Great fishing, however we DO NOT advise swimming at this beach. Family safe swimming at Mahia Beach and Morere Hot Springs (approx 15min drive). Farm walks by prior arrangement.
