A three-minute drive from historic downtown Cookeville and easy access to I-40, make this space perfect for exploring Tennessee Tech University and all the local pubs and restaurants. Newly renovated - amenities like an open floor plan, kitchen, luxury slipper tub, washer/dryer, and oversized bedroom and living areas are a huge plus for anyone not willing to settle for "average". The apartment is a new construction/newly renovated space - it used to be a dark, block-walled, wood shop! Where it is not perfect, we put nearly a year of blood, sweat, and tears into making it a cozy space that we really hope you enjoy. Our family, with 2 small kiddos, are on premises. So we can address any issues immediately. The apartment is completely separated from the rest of the house, and the outdoor patio area is specifically for our guests. The acre property is yours to wander. We have lots of walkers, joggers, and bide riders in the neighborhood. We live on the property, so we are ready to help with anything you may need or any questions you may have. Full of families that love to walk, jog, and ride bikes. The property is in the back of the neighborhood, so it is peaceful and there is very little car traffic. Private parking on the grounds. You are close enough to town that you can ride a bike or, if you have more time, take a walk. We live upstairs with small children so, you may occasionally hear little feet. We try our very best to be quiet for our guests. Because the yard is a shared space, you may see our family enjoying beautiful weather, grilling on the back porch, or having a bonfire.
