Fermette du Lac: 3 guest rooms close to the Opal Coast (Blanc-Nez/Gris-Nez capes), Nausicaa, St-Omer (Audomarois marsh, Eperlecques, Helfaut Dome), Calais. Superb view of Lake Ardres. Rooms with separate entrance and private bathroom/toilet. Separate kitchen reserved for guests of the 3 bedrooms (free of charge). Restaurants nearby. The Nature guest room (Duplex) can accommodate 1/2/3/4 people. Breakfast included. Simplicity and good humor guaranteed The space The farmhouse is typical of the peasant houses of Hauts-de-France. It is part of a family estate passed down by my grandparents and located in the heart of the town of Ardres, 150 m from the lake. Nature room in duplex of about 35 m2. 160 x 200 bed (+ 90 x 190 bed and 90 x 190 pull-out bed prepared according to the number of guests). Wi-Fi, radio, tea/coffee tray + kettle (no TV). Books and board games available (upon request) No kitchen in the room. Guest access Reminder: A common dining room, equipped with a kitchen area and independent of my home is at your disposal to facilitate your stay and admire the lake view (see photos) Private access to the lake and pastures to pet our two adorable donkeys Quenotte and Rosetta (who love apples and carrots but not bread) During your stay I live in the first part of the cottage and am very available to people who respect my privacy.
