Description
Natuca is an authentic Brazilian house on wheels that is currently parked on an incredible private property in Queluz, surrounded by the lush mountains of Serra Fina and filled with rivers and waterfalls of crystal clear waters. If you're the type who enjoys venturing into the woods and discovering unexplored destinations, Natuquinha is for you! Here you will find a place to slow down and make peace with the insane productivity of the big city. The space When you're here, take the opportunity to take THAT cold bath in one of the many wells on the ground (did I mention that the waters are crystal clear?). Or, if you're the type who prefers warm water, just fill the hot tub, open a wine (or beer, whatever your preference) and enjoy the sunset in the mountains. At night, our suggestion is to use the full kitchen to prepare a leisurely dinner with your companion and then put that Netflix series on the projector. Better yet, if you're outside, under the starry sky and moonlight. Are you coming during the week and planning to work? We're in this together! We've boosted the house with a fiber optic Wi-Fi network so you can impress the boss with the view of Serra Fina (she/he may think it's a background image. Don't say I didn't warn you). Ahhh... I almost forgot! Queluz is a paradise for those who love to watch exotic birds, so be sure to climb up to the Natuca terrace to be at the height of the treetops, lie on the hammock and use binoculars to look for the numerous toucans and woodpeckers in the region. We still have a few other little secrets, but you'll only find out by booking... All right, all right... we don't want to leave you hanging. To find out everything, just follow Natuca on Instagram. Guest access Natuca is parked on a private property that is 30 minutes from the center of Queluz. Almost the entire route between the city and the house is on a dirt road. A popular car can make it, but if the area has suffered heavy rains in the previous days, it is worth paying extra attention. Anyway, just think that if a 6-ton house got there, so can you... haha. To enter the grounds, you will cross a gate and continue on a stone road until you see Natuquinha (Tip from @FogedeSP – Try to arrive during daytime. The thrill of arrival with the grandeur of Serra Fina in the background is indescribable). Opening the doors of Natuca couldn't be easier. To ensure a hassle-free experience, the house is equipped with self check-in and the access password will be sent a few days before your trip. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Come prepared! Natuca's proposal is to allow you, the adventurer, to venture into this great Brazil and discover unique places. To achieve this goal, we look for unusual destinations, sometimes in remote locations. This land in Queluz is like that! A well-kept secret between SP and RJ. There are no restaurants or shops nearby, so bring whatever you want to eat and take the opportunity to refine your culinary skills. The terrain may be remote, but you'll be completely safe. The owner of the property lives there and has a team that can assist in emergencies. There are also other rental houses on the property and, although they are far apart, it is important to always exercise common sense and respect the neighbors, as well as the local fauna. Be careful when approaching Natuca! Relax, our little house doesn't bite, but there are several stones around and if the car wheel catches one of them, you've seen it, right... So stay within the marked area and be very careful when returning. Pet Policy. Our little dogs are our family. We're aware of this. Your pet will be welcome to join you on this adventure, but we do have some important rules. Only one small dog (up to 15 kilos) is allowed per stay, and there is a fee charged for the extra cleaning of the house. ALWAYS keep an eye on your pet. There are other farm animals on the ground (chickens and cows) and, in more remote areas, they can also have wild and venomous animals (spiders and snakes). For the safety of your pet and the other animals on the ground, it is important that it knows how to obey basic commands and is docile. Remember: If your pet damages any furniture in the house or soils/stains the sofas/rugs, we will charge an extra amount in addition to the conventional cleaning fee for restoration or replacement.
