And the best part? You'll never have to worry about parking with our free parking included. February-August is nesting season for Sea Turtles, hence Tortuga Vista. If you’re lucky enough, you may just see some of the hatchlings from the patio. The beach is usually cleaned daily on the months when there are no turtle nests. However, please know, when the turtles are nesting the beach will have seaweed. You won't want to miss out on the opportunity to experience Tortuga Vista and all that it has to offer. Guest access We offer a keyless entry. Each new guest receives their own code for safety. If you have any issues with the code I will have someone on site to help. The blue bracelet, which can be found on the kitchen counter, allows up to 6 people to access the community pool. You are welcome to take one of the pool towels in the unit to the pool or you may ask for one at the pool. We have a washer and a dryer for your convenience. We ask that you get as much sand off your towels and clothes before putting them in the wash. Beach chairs and an umbrella can be found in the storage closet right outside the unit door to your left. Other things to note This is a one bedroom (King Bed) unit. There are 2 twin pullouts in the living room. There are stairs from the entry way down into the living space. Trash: Please dispose of your trash daily in the closet outside the apartment front door(on your left). The trash will be picked up every day, except Sunday. No Smoking: We have worked really hard to create a healthy and relaxing environment. We ask that you please refrain from smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping) in our home. We have a strict no smoking policy. There are monitors installed that detect tobacco and marijuana smoke and send an alert. If there is an alert you will be asked to vacate immediately, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged and no refunds for the remaining time of your stay Safety: Please be sure to register all guests with the gate security guard, please give the full name of all guests including children under age of 12. Additional Notes: I hope that you will enjoy this property as much as I do. This is a very peaceful, quiet community. It is very nice to walk around the neighboring communities. The beach is breathtaking, as is the view. I love that the beach and pool are easily accessible. A golf cart may be necessary to get you around the whole complex. I take great pride in my home.
