The property includes a main house, self-contained cabin, and bunkie, with 5 bedrooms total. Kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, paddle boards included. The space Perched at the edge of a hill overlooking the water, the cottage enjoys an exceptional setting with sweeping lake views we truly believe are million-dollar. The spacious master bedroom features beautiful lake views, while the two additional bedrooms in the main house are more modest in size, each with a double mattress. The fourth bedroom is a separate, self-contained cabin with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and TV, and the fifth bedroom is a cozy bunkie. It’s truly a home away from home — our motto is simple: you bring the food and drinks, and we’ll take care of everything else. Dog and Cranberry Lakes are located in eastern Ontario and form part of the Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The lakes are known for their striking shorelines shaped by the rugged, rocky Canadian Shield of the Frontenac Arch, also a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Deep basins and shallow drowned lands create rich aquatic habitats supporting bass, crappie, pike, and splake. From May to October, the Rideau Canal is open as a 202-km navigable waterway for boaters and paddlers. This historic system includes 29 locks and allows travel through remote landscapes and charming townsites, offering a unique way to experience this iconic UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guest access Our Property is just over two acres, split in half by a Lane, you have access to the entire property and the large open field across the Lane where you can use it for Sports, kids play structures and trampoline. We keep adding new fun activities all the time. Other things to note Irregular stone stairs down to the lake , so watch your step. Not suitable for mobility impaired or unsupervised little ones.
