Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a terrace where you can enjoy the view. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 25 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa bed (double) and armchairs. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). Sheets and towels included. - A bathroom with shower. - A separate toilet. Outside : - A terrace of about 9 m² with electric awning, facing west with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. At disposal if needed : double glazing, barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Other things to note Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
