Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a terrace where you can enjoy the view. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 25 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa bed (double) and armchairs. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). Sheets and towels included. - A bathroom with shower. - A separate toilet. Outside : - A terrace of about 9 m² with electric awning, facing west with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. At disposal if needed : double glazing, barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are indicative, subject to change by our partner. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
