Casa Lenca - Stunning 4BR home w/private pool

The architect designed Casa Lenca is located in the private 120-acre eco-community of Palmetto Bay. In a tranquil environment between the mountains & the beach Amenities of Palmetto include an onsite dive shop, restaurant, private beach, & 24-hr security The house has a spectacular ocean view with a private pool. Its spaciousness & location give it a truly relaxing & peaceful atmosphere. Guests can take a short 6-minute walk from the house to the beach via the beautiful garden trails or drive The space The house is very large and has four distinctly private accommodation areas, one on the east side of the house and three on the west. In two of the double bedrooms there are large comfortable sofa beds that are ideal for children or a third adult. The fourth unit is self-contained unit downstairs with private entrance. This studio apartment can be rented separately also. The property has many pieces of interesting antique furniture & some hand made by local artists. Antique chairs have new loose covers & there is bright art work throughout the house. In the large 2 acres of private Gardens you'll find many beautiful tropical flowers and fruits growing. Guest access The main house has full access apart from an owner lock off space in bedroom two. Guests have full access to the Palmetto Bay Community resources. large communal pool at the sea front, pool deck chairs & beach deck chairs. Individual Palapas & large Palapa dock with hammocks over the sea. There are two utility spaces on the ground floor which I kept locked, storing garden equipment and the house maintenance supplies etc.. There is a separate self-contained space with its own private entrance on the ground floor, which occasionally may be used by the house manager. If your booking requires total privacy then please advise beforehand and arrangements can be made in advance to give you the best experience at Casa Lenca Other things to note For stays over 2 weeks we would like to offer our house cleaning & laundry service during your stay. One of our thoughtful and caring cleaning staff would be happy to help during your vacation. Stays over 4 weeks would require at least one visit during that time.
