The space This home is decorated with a Spanish BoHo feel - warm walls, rugs and blankets encourage curling up and making yourself right at home. With four bedrooms, office and two living areas, there is plenty of room to entertain or find a quiet and peaceful place to relax. Each of the four bedrooms boast large closets, full length mirrors and new furnishings. If you are working from home, make great use of the office, with high-speed internet and a zoom-worthy background. We have ensured that every guest has a seat at the table. With seating for 10 adults in the dining area, and 8 on the patio - no one will feel left out. Enjoy beautiful dishes and full cutlery sets. Full BBQ Grill with propane provided on the back porch. When it comes to making yourself at home in the kitchen; enjoy your coffee or latte with the Nespresso machine and coffee provided. Electric tea pot, and tea provided, along with essential spices and new cookware. Full sized washing machine and dryer give you and your guests the ability to keep things clean and tidy. We have also provided two laundry baskets for ease of use. Steam your clothes if they need a little fresh up - and you are good to go! Enjoy the spacious patio off the back of the house - whether grilling or just chilling with your favorite beverage - prop up your feet and enjoy the peace and quiet. The Historic Dignowity district is one that is coming to life with renovations. Downtown San Antonio neighborhoods are being modernized with art galleries, boutique restaurants and coffee shops. This is a very charming and safe neighborhood and street. There are other surrounding downtown areas that are not as modernized, so you will see a bit of everything on your way in.
