Guests can expect privacy from the private rooms as they have locked doors for added security. The space CARMELITA’S GARDEN is one of the private rooms located in Santa Maria, Laguna. This is a perfect room for friends, family, for a company trip or school trip, or anyone who wants to simply live with nature. The room sits on top of the hill giving the guests a panoramic view of the whole area, such as mountains views, city views from down below and most especially a pristine view of Laguna Lake. Guests can enjoy the views, spend some quality time with friends, family, co-workers, school mates, etc., plan adventurous outdoor activities, join in team-building activities planned by the guests, indulge in food surrounded by nature, maybe even have a barbeque grilling night under the stars! JUST RECOMMENDED TO READ) It’s a functional vacation rooms, a single room space comes with a private living room, and a bathroom consisting of toilet and a shower, basic dining ware, basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and bathroom necessities such as tissues and towels. The rooms also have its own nature vibe as it is composed of unique wooden structures from the sofa and tables for the living room, and wooden bunk beds for the bedrooms. All our bedrooms are not fan-cooled nor air-conditioned. It gives the best opportunity for the guests to breathe in fresh mountain air from the surrounding forests and trees. Guests can expect privacy when renting a single space as each have locked doors for added security. When the guests request the whole house, the guest could have the whole house to themselves. Guest access Guest can only use a single room space, for clarity the guests may only use the private spaces that were booked, in some cases of a large group of guests, the whole house is recommended to be booked. Nevertheless, the area surrounding the house, such as the outside lawns, or any other area just as long as it is within the premises of the property are available for guests’ use. Everything inside the room space can be used freely by the guests from the basic dining wares and bathroom toiletries. Parking spaces will be provided as this place is only accessible by car. Bike lovers can bring along their bikes and ride thru the scenic roads that Santa Maria, Laguna has to offer. Nature photography lovers can explore the area, to take pictures of the surrounding environment, and in some rare cases, the wildlife such as birds, butterflies, rabbits and many more. Bird enthusiast groups will be delighted to know that this houses’ location is the perfect place to explore nature and wildlife, discovering different species of birds, which some are even unique and rare to find. The garage is free to use if our guests are bringing cars. There’s also a garden in front of the house that is also accessible to guests, one can walk around that area and just appreciate the nature and the breeze. During your stay [Interaction with guests] Our caretaker will just be greeting you upon arrival to welcome you in our home but after that, the house is all yours! If you need anything else, you can contact us through Airbnb chat or the contact numbers, our staff will also assists you as we hope to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as we could so you’ll have the vacation you’ll always deserved! We will be available through Airbnb chat or our contact numbers throughout the day, from 9am to 9pm. Any inquiries or concerns before/after those hours, we will try to reply if possible but please understand that your concern might be answered the next day if it’s after 9pm. We’ll do our best to answer your concerns as soon as possible if ever. Other things to note The private rooms are a little bit far from the bustling town before it. That is why it is the perfect location for people who simply wants live with nature, away from the city life. There are no nearby malls or supermarkets, but there is a mini sari-sari store (it is a store of basic necessities such as food, drinks and toiletries) just in front of the place, but with only very limited items available. Restaurants around the area may also be an option for the guests but the guest would need to take a drive as its not recommended to reach them by walking as its still quite far off from the house. Guests are advised to bring or buy all the food and drinks they need at convenience stores or supermarkets along the way or the towns the guests will be passing by as they reach the private home. You need to bring coolers with ice if you plan to buy fresh fish, vegetables or meat in the market. For guests planning a night barbeque grill, guests must buy charcoal and foil for use when grilling. Once requested with a price/fee, guests can enjoy a tasty and healthy food package for their whole stay, from breakfast to dinner. Our staffs would be happy to assist you in preparing the guests’ desired food, along with the beverages. Utilities such as the freezer, refrigerator, microwave oven, hot and cold mineral water from the dispenser, bread toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, charcoal grill may be used by the guests if needed upon properly asking our staffs as these utilities are located in a separate area from the house. By the lawn is the recreational area where guests can have a night barbeque grill under the stars, beers and wine would also be a nice addition to complete a night that will soon be filled with laughter and stories. Enjoy nature at its best with our panoramic views and wide open spaces such as lawns all around the house, guests can surely enjoy taking pictures with such a breathtaking surrounding. These are private rooms, not a hotel or resort, so please keep the house and the spaces as clean and as orderly as possible.
