The farmhouse, accommodation in beautiful Magnarp (Vejbystrand)

At the historic Ludvigsgården in Magnarp, you will find this wonderful old house dating back to 1690. Less than a five-minute walk to the sea, harbor and fishing inn. The farmhouse is modern but at the same time breathes the past with a magnificent tiled stove, an old nice wooden floor and a lush patio. Here there is life and movement in the form of children, friends, horses, cats and dogs, but the farm also provides a wonderful calm. For us, it's a magical place - welcome to us! The space The house is detached and is located at an angle to the farm's main house, which we live in. There are two bedrooms and a living room. In one bedroom there is a 180 cm bed and the other bedroom, which is a little smaller, has a 160 cm bed. In the "living room" there is a Hemnes day bed as a kitchen sofa (an extra bed), dining area and sofa with TV. In the hall, there is a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is fresh with a shower. The kitchen is fresh and fully equipped. Total area approx. 65m2 We're here if anything is missing or needed. Guest access Guests have full access to the detached timber house and associated patio east of the house. The courtyard and park at the back of the large residential house is a private area but we are happy to lend larger areas if needed. Just ask! We live on the farm and there are children, dogs, cats, rabbits and two horses. The horses' pasture is just outside the farmhouse and even if they are going to be on summer work during the summer half-year, they may come home sometimes. The kids think it's fun! Other things to note Cleaning is done by yourself. If you don't want to clean, cleaning can be purchased for SEK 2,500 Bed linens and sheets are to be brought by the tenant.
