Only 5 mins walk to the shopping mall !!! Walk there for a movie in your pyjamas !!! and just walk home after ! Many restaurants nearby , bus stops, etc. Very Convenient. MTR like 5 mins walk away. Good for 2 persons !!! this is a walk up studio at 2nd floor only . Other things to note Please note, when you move in, you will need to pay for Hong Kong stamp duty tax which is less than HK$60 and key deposit Refundable HK$500, a flatshare agreement will be signed too. 100 fee for cleaning Electricity is extra, will be shared among pro-rate by all flatmates.
