This spacious apartment is located just a few minutes’ walk from Nai Harn beach. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking to Nai Harn Lake where you can enjoy your morning coffer. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay in Nai Harn, Phuket unforgettable! The space This furnished apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom where the 2nd bedroom has a separate bathroom. The living room equipped with a flat-screen TV, and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. The apartment also has a private balcony overlooking to Nai Harn lake while enjoying a cup of coffee or drinks. Our apartment is located only a short walk to Nai Harn Beach and close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shops. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area. The apartment is located in The Sands Condominium in Nai Harn and offers a shared outdoor pool, balcony, and free parking space. Other things to note CLEANING You will find the house clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. For stays less than 1 week there is no cleaning service. After you depart our cleaners will perform that for the next guest. If you are here for a minimum of one week there will be one cleaning and 1 time linen change. Schedule will provide upon arrival date. They have a key and will access the room following the schedule. If you need a cleaning service more often, please let us know and we will arrange this. An extra payment will apply (1,200 THB/time). On departure it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean! SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food! BREAKAGES We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! BEACH EQUIPMENT We have 1 beach towel per person available for your use BATH TUB We have bathtub available for your use. BED LINEN / TOWELS Bed linen and towels is available for you. There will be 4 sets of bath towels and pool towels and it will be changed once a week of you stay 1 week minimum. GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING Please do not leave garbage in front of the apartment. You can find common garbage near the parking space. WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE In case of power outage please let us know or you shall do pre check with reception area if it’s happen only in your apartment or the whole area.
