The lakefront property is across the street from the house. House is fully equipped with kitchen, large living room, separate dining room, family room, front sitting room, A/C and off-street parking. Property has external security cameras at the front, rear and lakefront area. The space The house has a fenced in backyard and spacious lakefront patio and dock. The patio and dock is across the street from the house. There is a pontoon boat that is available as a separate rental of $100 per day plus $1000 refundable damage deposit if there is no damage. You need to have a valid power squadron or boating license. Guest access All local restaurants and shopping are within a 5-minute drive. Restaurants on the lake are accessible via the pontoon boat.
