The Cottage has an open floor plan. Tucked away from the street. It's bright and airy, has a lot of charm and character. We have a kitchenette, with all the dishes and utensils.. We have wi-fi we ask you put in your information to log on to watch Netflix etc. There is an outdoor shower. Towels for the outdoor shower are in the Cottage. There is a private patio for your use. There is a house manual with further information. And sometimes we have deer that sleep in the back yard. The space Has a side yard that is not fully fenced. A more private patio in the back of the property. Has outside lighting for the evenings. Guest access Guest have access to the Cottage. They have access to the outdoor shower and an outdoor patio. The yard is shared, they can use the fire pit as a open grill. Wood, starter fluid, lighter is provided. BBQ utensils will be in the Cottage. If the Rock House is unoccupied the grill at the porch is available. A croquet game is available just let the host know . Other things to note Small dog is allowed, we ask that you keep your dog on the leash. Partially fenced backyard. There is a fee of $45.00 per stay. Any additional pets another $40.00 fee per stay. Please crate your pet.
