Welcome to our home in Venice's Castello district, east of the Historic Center. Enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere amidst central convenience and tranquility. This charming second-floor retreat, sans elevator, offers a unique city view. Bright and airy, it captures the enchantment of Venice. Just 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 15 from Rialto, it's ideal for the Biennale, Arsenale, and Lido ferry. A well-stocked supermarket below adds convenience. The space Early 20th-century apartment, bright and welcoming, featuring characteristic wooden furnishings. Entry through a wooden door leads directly into a hallway with terracotta floors and white walls adorned with a large ornamental mirror, connecting all other rooms. The elegant living room boasts two beige sofas, a round table, a lamp, and paintings on the white walls. An ornate chandelier hangs from the ceiling. There's a round table with chairs near arched windows that allow natural light to flood in. A patterned rug covers the floor, completing the overall aesthetic. A small wooden desk and an antique lamp are placed beside one of the sofas. The kitchen is modern, accommodating over 4 people with an induction hob, green tiled walls, and light marble floor tiles. The master bedroom, featuring a spacious bed and a large green wardrobe, has three arched windows overlooking the street on one side and the communal garden on the other. The second bedroom is a double with a metal-framed bunk bed, Venetian marble floors, and a study/work corner with an appropriate desk. The bathroom is modern, clean, and equipped with a bidet. The hallway features terracotta floors and white walls. Guest access Although guests have access to the entire apartment, they must adhere to the rules of peaceful living, as the house is located within a very quiet and tranquil condominium setting. Guests are free to use every part of the apartment, with the exception of some already occupied closets, for instance, with clean linens or some personal belongings of the host. Appliances, dishes, and other items are available for guests to use, but they should handle the items they use with appropriate care. Other things to note I am pleased to share with you the apartment that was once the home of my grandfather, Alberto's grandfather's brother. The residence provides essential comforts in line with its category. Guests are free to cook and enjoy meals using the provided accessories and tableware. For warm and humid days, a portable air conditioner and a fan are available. It's important to note that currently, we do not have a dishwasher.
