Welcome to our oasis in the heart of the Arizona desert! Whether your here for a local event or to enjoy the hiking, equastrian, and ATV trails nearby by you won’t regret staying in our luxurious home. Although with an outdoor putting green accompanied by 4 chipping greens, the game room which includes a pool table, shuffle board, foosball, pin ball, table pac man with 400 games, poker table, and wet bar with ice maker and our outdoor jacuzzi with heater and chiller you won’t want to leave! Our ranchhouse includes 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a large smart TV with sound system, walk out doors to the patio, a en suite bathroom with walk in shower and closet, duel sinks, and a seperate toilet closet with door. It’s a split floorplan with two more bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side of the home. Bedroom 2 has a queen over queen bunk bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and smart TV. The shared bathroom has dual sinks, a tub/shower combo and a door to the patio/jacuzzi area. We have a full kitchen with all appliances and a laundry room with full washer and dryer. The living room has a large smart TV with sound system and tall ceilings. The mural in the kitchen was painted by a family friend/artist and reflects the surrounding mountain views. The game room has a wet bar with a commercial grade ice maker, pool table, foosball, shuffle board, pin ball, table pac man with 400 games, and a poker table along with a smart TV and sound system. There are custom milled cedar wood accents throughout the entire home. The outdoor area includes a patio with seating and dining, a jacuzzi with heater and chiller (yes, in Arizona you do actually NEED a chiller for your jacuzzi it’s a thing!) and a putting green with 4 chipping greens. Enjoy the sunset or sunrise from the rooftop deck viewing area where the views are second to none. (but take caution with little ones as the staircase is steep, adult supervision required). The property is 2.5 acres and has two separate RV pads with full hookups that can also be rented - please inquire if interested. There are also horse stalls and pastures on site not currently in use. Guests will have access to the entire home, jacuzzi and patio area, putting and chipping greens and the rooftop viewing balcony (this stairs are steep to the balcony, please take care with little ones and do not allow them up unattended). I am available by phone, text or email throughout your stay. The home is about a 30 minute drive to North Scottsdale where you’ll find nightlife, entertainment and many events. It’s about 15 minutes to the closest services. There are hiking, horse and ATV trails practically in the back yard and many others nearby. The last 3 miles to the home is a dirt road which is driveable by any vehicle. There is plenty of parking but no covered parking currently. There are a total of 5 smart TV's throughout the living areas and bedrooms so you can log into your favorite streaming platform. We offer fee high speed wifi. Please note that there are a total of 3 security cameras on the property. None face into the home or can see inside. 1 on the home facing out into the property and one is on an outbuilding that faces the parking area and entrance. The 3rd is a Ring doorbell at the entrance. Also note that the last approximately 3 miles en route to the home are dirt roads which are driveable by any vehicle. This home is in the desert, it is not uncommon to see javalina, coyotes, rabbits, toads and occasional scorpions (outside). Take care with your pups, there is not an enclosed fence/yard area. It's about a 30 minute drive to North Scottsdale area where you can find tons of entertainment - not that you'll want to leave the home with so much to do there!
