The location of the villa, ideal for people looking for tranquility and rest, will allow you to have an exceptional vacation. Located 5 minutes' walk to the beach and in the heart of a protected natural area, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an ideal setting. Everything comes together for a wonderful stay! The space The villa consists of: - a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living/dining room, - a terrace on which you will find a table with chairs, deckchairs and garden furniture, - two bathrooms/toilets (one in the hallway and one in the master suite), - a first bedroom with 2 single beds and a storage wardrobe, - a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a dresser, - a master suite with a king-size double bed and offering access to an en-suite bathroom. - a baby bed is also available to you. Built on a plot of 650 m2 fenced and secured, 3 cars can easily be parked in the enclosure of the house. The villa is equipped with all amenities: Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning... You will have at your disposal in the kitchen a washing machine, dishwasher, food processor, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, citrus press, and all necessary utensils. In the living room you can find a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Board games are also available, such as Uno must-sees, negative 4 ... Outside, 4 sunbeds, a garden furniture, an umbrella and a barbecue will allow you to spend a pleasant moment of relaxation. The private pool is maintained by a professional once a week in summer. Guests can enjoy the large spaces of the natural park that surrounds the villa thanks to 5 bikes (2 for children and 3 for adults) that we make available to you. A ping pong table, badminton set and beach snowshoes are also available. For families with babies you will find a cot as well as a highchair. Guest access The place is fully available to you. Other things to note In high season you will find, in addition to the water activities offered, a beach bar and a restaurant on the flatja de la Fonollera. The surrounding beaches of Gola del Ter and Pals can be reached by foot. Many beaches and coves are accessible by car, we recommend among others the Platja d 'Aiguablava next to Begur, the Platja de Montgó à l' Escala or the Cala Pola in Tossa de Mar. The very famous “Empordà Golf” is just 6 km away. In the heart of the very touristy Costa Brava region, you will enjoy a perfect location. - The municipality of Toroella de Montgri is an 8-minute drive away, - L’Estartit is about 15 minutes away. Located in front of the Medes Islands and equipped with a beautiful beach and marina, you will find many activities on offer such as scuba diving or renting boats with or without a license. You can also enjoy its liveliness in the evening in the summer. - The town of Pals is 12 minutes away. You will have the opportunity to visit its historic center and enjoy many restaurants. - Playa d 'Aro is 30 minutes away. There are plenty of shops for shopping and a very lively city center. On your way is the water park “Aquadiver”. - Barcelona is 1h40. The nearest supermarket, Raul Girona, is 6 minutes away . With a bakery, you can shop there easily.
