Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. This house is located in a beautiful area, close to the Nienoord Estate and also close to the bustling city of Groningen (10 minutes by car, 25 minutes by public transport). The style of the house is a mix of vintage, antique and here and there a modern twist. The house has its own entrance, parking space, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna and gym. All these facilities are private and exclusively at your disposal. The sauna and gym are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The living room and the largest bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. There is a separate room with a washing machine and dryer that you can use free of charge. The kitchen has a 4 zone induction hob, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso, toaster, pans, glassware, cutlery and all other necessities. The garden is private, has sun all day and is also private for you. Shade can also be found under one of the many fruit trees. If desired, you can charge an electric car at cost price. We live at the rear of the farm. Here we have a private entrance, garden and parking space. I always like to greet guests myself if possible and I am also available if necessary.
