Other things to note This home is spacious, well-stocked, and great for larger groups or families visiting Heber and Deer Creek. Due to a main sprinkler line break last winter (which we didn’t discover until spring), the lawn was without water for quite a while. We’ve since reseeded, and the grass is actively growing back, expected to look normal again by late July to mid-August. If having a perfectly green, lush backyard is essential to your stay — for example, for big outdoor gatherings or lots of lawn use — this might not be the best fit right now. However, the backyard is fully fenced and still a nice spot to relax or let pets out. We just want to be fully transparent so you can book with confidence.
