Many of the houses have been fixed up over the years, but there are many that need work. There is a lot of student housing and a park where many intramural are played caddy-corner from the house. We do keep the house well-lit at night with both in front and around the back perimeter of the fence. This property is NON SMOKING inside the property. This does include but is not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping. We do ask if you smoke outside to please leave all doors and windows shut and please do not throw ashes in the interior trash cans. We do not allow Parties. We do monitor our Ring Doorbell.
