Escape to our serene countryside villa in Paso Robles right at the foot of the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail. The space Serenity and seclusion await at this countryside sanctuary in the rolling hills of wine country. POOL/HOT TUB: Summer (Memorial to Labor Day): The pool is heated to the low-mid 80s at no extra charge via solar heat pumps. Heating can be passed to the hot tub upon request. Rest of the Year: The pool or hot tub can be heated. However, due to the low overnight temperature and propane cost, pool heating is an additional $350 per night and requires a three night minimum. After three nights the cost per night is $200. Advance payment and 3 days notice is required to have the pool heated to a minimum of 78F by check in. Hot tub only heating can be requested for $180 per day (8am - 10pm) or $50 per 2hr. It usually takes 30 to 60 minutes to heat to 100F+. Guest access You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Make yourself at home and relax. The entire property will be available for your enjoyment with the exception of an owners closet. Other things to note We have outdoor security Ring cameras around the perimeter of the home including the pool to help us manage the property and ensure the quality of your guest experience.
