The space Apartamentos Monte Hernanz is a newly built tourist rental building (2008) located in Riaza (Segovia), just 1 hour from Madrid and Segovia and 6 km from La Pinilla. The residential complex is modern, quiet and with very good access. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. In addition, the building has the best qualities, as well as an elevator, WiFi and free underground garage, outdoor parking, reception, large garden area with swimming pool and gym (summer) and the best views of the mountains from each of the apartments. Without a doubt, a very good option to spend a few days with family or friends and enjoy this magnificent area. The rates in this ad are for the Attic Duplex apartments, with 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a separate kitchen and a toilet. Some have direct access to the garden (Normal Duplex) and others are attics (better mountain views) The maximum capacity of these apartments is 4 people. If you need to add an extra bed for a 5th person, please request it before booking. Please let us know your approximate arrival time the day before. CHECK-OUT TIME: - From October 1 to June 30: The apartment must be vacated before 10 am on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays. The rest of the days it will have to be vacated before 12 noon. - From July 1 to September 30: The apartment must be vacated before 10 am Monday through Sunday. No smoking is allowed in this apartment. Only one pet (dogs only) is allowed in this apartment upon request. It carries a supplement. This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
