Our newly renovated 3bed/1.5 bath Beach Ranch makes the perfect family summer home less than 8 miles from Folly Beach and just 4 miles from downtown Charleston! Our living room offers Roku TV, a large couch and piano. Our eat-in kitchen seats 6 and has an island that seats 3. The kitchen opens up to a covered porch with dining table and a cozy outdoor couch. A large fenced in yard, hammock and swing leads to a wonderful golf course which makes for a lovely view year round. The space *Updates were made this year and not yet photographed, especially the third bedroom. *Our home is currently set up for summer months only. Looking to book our June July and early August to a family looking to feel at home in Charleston. Our space can accommodate up to 5-6 people. It has a new kitchen complete with stainless appliances, marble and live oak counters, an open floor plan, and a gorgeous walk out covered porch and deck overlooking the municipal golf course (and a trampoline for the kids). Our kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, new stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, soda stream, instant pot, and really anything you might need to cook. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The carport and driveway can fit up to four cars. Our neighborhood is very sweet, quiet, and full of families. Our neighborhood is a loop with little traffic and the newly paved roads are great for walking, biking, etc. In the living room you can enjoy the Roku TV and we have board games, fast WiFi, and a brand new HVAC system with a Nest thermostat. The first bedroom with a half bat attached has a King size bed, and ample closet space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and a desk/workspace for your laptop or notebook. The 3rd bedroom is on the other side of the house and has a queen sized bed, Frame TV, a desk, and a wall of built in wardrobes/drawers. Finally our neighborhood is on the Municipal Golf Course which has free putting and chipping practice greens that you can use any time. There is a boat launch a quarter mile away in Riverland Terrace, Jame's Island's oldest neighborhood. It is walking distance to a boutique movie theater, restaurants such as Crust, Bar George, Miller's All Day, and a music venue called the Pour House. Finally it is just an 8 mile drive to Folly beach for summer beach days. This is truly one of the best locations in the Charleston area to spend a couple of months. Enjoy! Guest access You have full access to the home outside of one small bedroom locked with our personal belongings. That is not included in the listings (3) bedrooms. The laundry room holds some of our tools and the shed is not available for use.
