Other things to note To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please note the following requirements prior to booking: Renter Agreement: Upon confirming your reservation, you will be required to sign our standard Short-Term Rental Agreement. We will send a secure link to this document via Airbnb messages or email shortly after you book. Your reservation is fully confirmed once this agreement is signed. Security Deposit: We require a security deposit for your stay. This will be processed as a temporary hold on your card just prior to check-in. The hold is simply released after your departure.
